How it works
- Share one Google Drive folder. Put your daily attendance file and your salary file in it. Nothing to install.
- TimePay does the counting. Every check-in is matched to office hours, so you see who was late, by how many minutes, every day.
- Staff get a reminder. A short SMS the next morning. You choose which messages go out, and you can switch them off.
What lost time costs
For every late minute, TimePay shows what that time cost the company. It is a reminder figure, not a fine.
Lost time cost = late minutes × the person's rate per minute
You set the rate in your rules: a fixed amount per minute, or the person's own pay (monthly salary ÷ working minutes in the month).
If your company makes a deduction that labour law allows, an admin must approve the exact amount first. Nothing is taken automatically.
